1．Custom&Inspection and Quarantine will estabilish the QQ group together for publishing information, enterprises can according to the information and inform the Customs & Inspection about the container required insepecting by them togerher.
2．Enterprises (or forwarder) finish hanging case and related person all be there, Before the provisions time inform customs and inspection and Quarantine to entry and check.
3．After Customs & Inspection entry and check the “one inspection” goods priority, namely open the box one time and Customs & Inspection have checking &inspection according to law.

4．Each time of inspection the Customs & Inspection and Quarantine will meet at the dock (location to be determined) ,then they determine the quantity of commom inspection and location. If no special circumstances the inspection will be excuted according to the schedule time.,
5．If customs inspection and quarantin comes up a special situation(Such as meeting etc.) which caused the inspection can not proceed according to the scheduled time, and it should advise the opponent side and the enterprise in advance to arrange another inspection time.
6．To comfirm the result on the spot after finished the inspection, and advise the enterprise.
Attention:
1．If the customs and the commodity inspection is a unilateral examination, just contact the commodity inspection department to do the inspection with the inspection notice.
2．if the cargo is to be examined by both customs and commodity inspection, then it should give a clear indication on the inspection notice with “customs inspection” when to make an appointment commodity inspection in advance, the check time when the customs and commodity inspection take place: !0:30 a.m, 14:30,p.m.
3．The customs and commodity inspection is meant to save the cost and time for the client, if the client is considered desirable, it also can subscribe unilateral inspction of the customs.
